Ariya House Akatsuka1 is located in a quiet residential area and is a 5-minute walk from Chikatetsu Akatsuka Station, accessible via the Fukutohin line or Yurakucho line. It is also an 8-minute walk from Shimoakatsuka Station on the Tobu Tojo line, with easy access to Ikebukuro (13 minutes), Higashishinjuku (21 minutes), and Shibuya (30 minutes). The current three housemates are very friendly and social. The rooms are fully furnished with a fridge, TV, bed, air conditioner, desk, chair, internet and Wi-Fi. We are seeking an easy-going, friendly, neat, tidy, and non-smoking tenant. A deposit of 20,000 yen is required, which will be refunded upon move-out. Ideal tenants are aged 20 to 40 and seeking a rental period of at least three months or more. It is a 5-minute walk to a nearby supermarket, Komodi Iida, and there are also many convenience stores, shops, and restaurants in the area, particularly around Shimoakatsuka Station.
